Dr. Trimble earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and has extensive training in minimally invasive sinus procedures, including Balloon Sinuplasty®, which he has performed in office since 2011.   • Dr. DeFreitas completed his medical education at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1984. He continued with an internship at Lankenau Hospital, followed by a residency in otolaryngology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

  • During his time there, he served as Chief Resident and received the prestigious Teaching Resident Award. His clinical work in temporal bone surgery earned additional recognition for its excellence and innovation.
